Ellis Coffee celebrates Thanksgiving by donating over 16,000 cups of coffee to Bucks County Shelter, bringing warmth and comfort to the community. We hope that our donation will ensure that the residents of the shelter, including families and children, can enjoy a warm cup of our artisan roasted coffee during their stay.
As we all get ready to celebrate Thanksgiving, surrounded by the warmth of our families and the joy of the season, it’s important to remember that there are many among us who are facing challenging times. This Thanksgiving, we at Ellis Coffee are embracing the spirit of giving by donating over 16,000 cups of coffee to the Family Services of Bucks County, a shelter that plays a crucial role in supporting over 40,000 yearly residents in need within our community.
A Little Warmth Goes a Long Way
Coffee, often considered a treat, is not something that shelters can regularly provide due to budget constraints. We hope that our donation will ensure that the residents of the shelter, including families and children, can enjoy a warm cup of our artisan roasted coffee as they get back on their feet. It’s a small gesture from our side, but we believe in the power of community and the comfort that a simple cup of coffee can bring.
Fun Fact About Our Coffee Donation
The 67 cases of coffee we’ve donated each include twenty-four 2.5oz packs, each pack brewing up to 10 cups of coffee each! So, our donation will result in over 16,000 cups of coffee, keeping many of the shelter’s 40,000 yearly residents warm and caffeinated through the winter months.
A Season for Sharing and Caring
This Thanksgiving, while we all give thanks for our blessings, let’s also remember to extend our hands and hearts to those in need. A small act of kindness can make a big difference. Let’s all find ways to contribute to our community and spread a little more joy and warmth this holiday season. To learn how you can help, please visit the Family Services of Bucks County website.
From everyone at Ellis Coffee, we wish you a Thanksgiving filled with love, gratitude, and the joy of giving.
