Cold Brew Ice Cubes

Cold Brew Ice Cubes

Say goodbye to diluted iced coffees and hello to a refreshing, bold flavor that lasts until the very last sip. These little frozen cubes of magic are the game-changer you never knew you needed.

Here’s how it works: brew your favorite Ellis coffee and let it cool to room temperature. Then, pour it into an ice cube tray and pop it into the freezer. Voila! You now have the ultimate coffee upgrade that will take your summer beverages to the next level.

Cold Brew Popsicles

Cold Brew Popsicles

Make some Ellis cold brew, whisk in some sweetened, condensed milk, and layer in Popsicle molds. Freeze until hard! You can make the two layers as sweet or unsweet as you want. We like the balance of the creamy, sweet top and the sharper, black coffee bottoms. These are that simple. Almost too simple, right?

Dessert

Cold Brew Milkshake

Cold Brew Milkshake

Combine 2/3 cups of cold brew coffee, 2/3 cups of milk, 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream and 1/2 pump of Torani vanilla syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Cold Brew Ala-Mode

Place two large scoops of vanilla ice cream in a bowl. Pour 1/2 cup of cold brew over and top with whipped cream.

At the Bar

Cold Brew Martini

Cold Brew Martini

Combine 1oz of cold brew concentrate, 1.5oz of Vodka, 1.5oz of Kahlua, and 1oz of Creme de Cacao in a bar shaker full of ice. Shake and serve.
